Life is hard, problems arise, people get stuck, and bad things happen. It makes matters worse, when you feel like you’re going through it alone. I totally understand what it’s like to be around a room full of people and feel alone. There is hope, no pun intended…. For many that is a journey, and I am here to walk with you on your journey toward better days. It’s not often easy, it will require effort on your part, but I believe in the therapeutic process and it does work.
Hope and her husband Douglas have been married for 32 years and are the proud parents of five adult children. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, baking, and spending time with her family.
